Privacy policy

[Legal name / trading name] ("we") runs FUT Snipe Club. This explains exactly what we collect, why, and your rights. Contact: support@futsnipeclub.com.

What we collect

Your account

• Email and password. Your password is stored only as a secure hash by our login provider (Supabase); we never see it.
• Your plan: which plan you have, how you pay (monthly, season ticket or business), alt slots and renewal date.
• Discord, if you connect it: your Discord ID and display name, so we can give you the right roles. You can disconnect it at any time.

Your EA accounts

When you sign in to the extension and open the FC web app, the extension links that EA account to your FUT Snipe Club account so your plan's slots can be enforced. We store a one-way fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of your EA account's ID, a short label (e.g. "EA account ••4821"), the platform, and when it was linked, last seen and unassigned. We never receive your EA email, password or session tokens.

Your trading activity

While you're signed in, the extension syncs your trading results so they appear in your dashboard and follow you between computers:

• Snipes: player name, buy price, planned sell price, estimated profit, the filter used, time.
• Sales: player name, sale price, buy price, profit, time.
• Sessions: start and end time, number of searches, snipes and misses, estimated profit, why it stopped.
• Daily filter totals: per filter, per day: searches, purchases, misses, coins spent and profit.

We don't upload every individual search. Your settings, price history and the full activity log stay in your browser.

This website

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you log in, your browser stores a login token so you stay signed in. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, for a short time.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you pay for (contract): your account, plan, EA account slots, dashboard and syncing.
• To keep it fair and secure (legitimate interests): stopping licence sharing between people, and spotting abuse.
• The community leaderboard (legitimate interests): the extension's daily filter totals feed a public board of what traders snipe, labelled like "Silver Prem LW". A filter only appears once at least three traders used it, combined into one row, and it never shows your email, name or EA account. It's on by default; you can opt out at any time in your account, and your filters drop off the board.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Supabase: login and database ([region, e.g. EU (London/Frankfurt)]).
• Cloudflare: website hosting, and Turnstile, the security check on log-in and sign-up forms that stops bots.
• [Payment provider]: payments. We never see your full card number.
• Discord, only if you connect it.

The extension also fetches prices from Futbin and FUT.gg directly from your browser, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Account and trading data: while your account exists. If you delete your account, everything above is deleted straight away, apart from payment records we must keep for tax (usually 6 years), held by our payment provider.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or object to how we use it. You can delete your account and all its data yourself from your account page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
