First payment

If FUT Snipe Club isn't for you, email support@futsnipeclub.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Renewals

Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime before your renewal date and you won't be charged again.

If something breaks

If an EA update stops FUT Snipe Club working for more than 3 days in a row, ask us for a credit or a partial refund for that time.

Not covered

We can't refund for action EA takes on your account (see our terms), or where access was ended for breaking the terms.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
